❓ Can I return an item?

Yes – but it depends on the situation.

✅ When we replace your order:

• You received the wrong color or size (different from what you ordered).
• The print is faulty, blurry, or misaligned.
• The shirt arrived damaged (hole, stain, ripped seam).

❌ When we can’t accept returns:

• You ordered the wrong size by mistake.
• You picked a color you didn’t mean to.
• You simply changed your mind.

❓ What sizes do your T-shirts come in?

Our shirts come in unisex sizes from S to 3XL.
Check the size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit. Oversized? Fitted? We got you.

❓ How can I pay?

Currently, we accept PayPal only.
We’re working on adding more payment options soon – stay tuned! (Yeah, we know. It’s annoying. But safe.)

❓ How long does it take to ship?

All shirts are made-to-order by our print partner. Printing takes 1–3 business days, though we recommend allowing up to 5 days just in case.

Shipping times:

• USA: 4–8 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
  Note: Most items currently ship from the United States,
  even for international orders. You’ll get a tracking number once your order is shipped.

❓ Can I send a gift with a greeting card?

Yes – but only before placing your order.
We offer a fun, personal greeting card (with your message and a colorful background).
To add this, go to the Say Something page and send your request before you complete your purchase.
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.

❓ Can I customize a design?

Yes – kinda.

❓ Where do you ship from?

Currently, most orders ship from the United States.
Some items may be printed in Europe depending on stock, but the default location is the US.

❓ Who’s behind GAZOORI LAB?

Just one guy with an iPad, a cat, and way too much coffee.
Everything here is hand-drawn – no AI, no stock art. Just bold colors, clean lines, and questionable pizza decisions.
